About the Item

German designer, late Art Deco style flush mount, 1950s. The light features a round, slightly convex glass shade in a soft light green color with an etched radial pattern emanating from the center. The fixture is accented by brass hardware. This type of flush mount lighting was popular in mid-century European interiors, blending functional simplicity with refined decorative details. The combination of lightly tinted glass with brass elements is typical of German and Austrian lighting designs from the era, often found in homes, offices, and public spaces. Measurements: Diameter 21.7" (55cm), diameter of glass shade only 17.7 (45cm). Height 6.3 (16cm). The fixture requires two E26/E27 bulbs. All lighting is converted for US usage.
