France, 1940s. Large size ( 35,43 in diameter ) This Ceiling light has an eye-catching starburst design. Entirely made by hand in wrought iron with rays in two sizes. Frosted glass panel at the central part to difusse the light. It has a heavy and detailed construction and it shows a dramatic aged patina showing rests of its original gold leaf gilding. Stunning placed flush mounted but also interesting as a pendant hanging from a chain,. Place this sunburst mirror on a dark background, over a console table, bedroom or bathroom.
