About the Item

A French Midcentury gilt metal light fixture in the form of a radiant sunburst. The circular frame features finely cast rays of alternating lengths, creating a striking starburst silhouette that reflects the era’s fascination with sculptural, celestial-inspired design. At the center rests a circular frosted glass diffuser, subtly textured to cast a soft, even glow. This versatile piece may be installed as a flush mount ceiling fixture or suspended on a short chain, depending on the desired effect.
