About the Item
Unique Large and beauty Set of Four Glass Metal Flush Mounts or Wall Sconces. These fixtures were designed and manufactured in Italy by VeArt during 1970s.
The condition is excellent, they have never been used. Included original VeArt carton box.
Each Flush Mount or Wall Sconce is equipped with four E24 sockets. A professional electrician has checked and prepared the piece to operate in US, UK and EU.
VeArt was founded in 1965 by Sergio Billiotti and Ludovico Diaz De Santillana. Its genesis is not unlike the importance of continuity or transmission of skills and expertise also given by parental relationships in Italian craftsmanship and design: Diaz De Santillana was Venini's art director and husband of Anna Venini (Paolo Venini's daughter), and the father of Laura Diaz De Santillana, who became Venini's designer.In the late 1980s, the VeArt brand was absorbed by Artemide, becoming its own special division.
