Large Mid-Century Modern Round White Cocoon Flush Mount or Wall Lamp by Goldkant

About the Item

Extra large Mid-Century Modern Achille Castiglioni-era round cream-white cocoon flush mount or wall lamp by Goldkant Leuchten, Germany, circa the 1960s. An iconic Achille Castiglioni-era four-light wall or ceiling lamp featuring a cream-white cocoon lampshade with a geometric design on the sides. It has four sockets for E14-size light bulbs. The lamp is in good condition with minor signs of aging. Dimensions: height approximately 11 cm / 4.33 in; diameter 60 cm / 23.62 in. The light fixture is in full working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we recommend that it be installed by a qualified electrician.
