A lavishly decorated, 19th century, Italian, wall hanging lantern composed of complex, twisted and curled blackened iron. With a long, multi-dimensional filigree chain; and ornamented structure holding primary colored, handmade, glass disks. Newly wired with one E12 socket; formerly candle lit. Good, original condition with patina throughout the lacquered parts. Measures: 40" height x 13" depth x 7" width. Lantern height 13".
