Solid copper and brass ships lantern with Fresnel glass lens. Meticulously polished and lacquered and mounted to a thick wood base. The lantern case is fitted with a makers plate from "Meteorite" with a serial number "A12344". Heavy brass hoisting handle. Also fitted with a brass "Masthead" badge. Circa 1925.
