Outstanding Pair of Marine Lanterns by Peter Gray of Boston

About the Item

Very fine and rare pair of polished and lacquered ships lanterns with makers badges from Peter Gray of Boston. This is a great pair with rich red and blue Fresnel glass lenses set into brass cases with protective bars, vented tops and hoisting rings. Recently electrified for home use and mounted to thick mahogany base. Weight: 10 LBS Overall Dimensions: 23” H x 11” D Made: America Material: Brass Date: 1900.
