Venetian Handcrafted Wrought Iron Lantern with Handcrafted Stained Glass
About the Item
Handcrafted wrought iron lantern with handcrafted stained glass comes from the Veneto region of Italy and was made in late 1800. Handmade and designed with ornamented Acanthus leafs and flower buds. Seemingly the beacon was meant for in- or outdoor hallway. The light source would have been by candle but today is powered with modern wiring. The lantern can be connected flush to the ceiling or lowered. The lantern has a single light bulb inserted and has been rewired to European standard.
