19th Century Baroque Style Large Brass Three-Light Swedish Wall Sconce
About the Item
This is an impressively large and ornate antique repousse brass three-light sconce. The backplate is crest shaped with a convex center embossed with a shell and scroll design. The Dutch Baroque shaped candle arms are complete with cups and bobeches. This sconce sheds a very warm and beautiful candle light which is emphasized in the reflection of the brass shield.
The condition is very good. No dents. Some wear consistent with age and use.
