Antique Maxlume Industrial Bulkhead Polished Bathroom Wall Light
An original cast steel bulkhead light manufactured by ‘Maxlume’.The light was originally used in a paint factory and consists of a linear prismatic flameproof glass lens and components to ensure illumination in all conditions.
Maxlume Lighting was established during the 1920s in Birmingham, England, manufacturing a variety of lighting fixtures. In the 1950s the company was taken over by Verity’s, although the lights were still manufactured under the registered Maxlume makers mark.
This light is a scarce find and would look great in any property. It can be utilised in either a horizontal or vertical orientation making it suitable for both wall and ceiling applications.
