They feature circular polished chrome bases secured by hexagonal caps with convex centers. Cylindrical shades cantilever from the bases crowned with a lustrous chrome circular cap at top and bottom, and secured at their bases with a spherical finial. The translucent glass shades are inscribed with a frosted abstract horizontal striations imbuing the surface, suggesting stylized tree bark or the subtly wind stirred surface of a lake.
