About the Item

This piece would add a touch of sophistication and whimsy to any interior. A fantastic articulating brass sconce by Rene Mathieu for Lunel, 1950s France. A single shade protrudes in a black finish, with a charming series of star perforations lining the rim. A single brass arm extends from the wall, pivoting 180 degrees in both directions. Articulates at two joints. An off switch is located on the brass socket at the top of the lampshade. The inside of the metal shade is finished in a cream for beautiful and soft illumination. Can be hardwired or plugged in.  Other Lunel sconces available in separate listings. Located at our Los Angeles showroom.
