An incredible pair of late 19th century wrought iron wall lights/ torchiere's. This stunning pair of hand crafted Dragons are attributed to the Italian Master Ironworker Alessandro Mazzucotelli. These would have originally been holding candles but have been cleverly adapted to become the most unique pair of wall lights. Each Dragon grapsing two torchieres housing a single e114 (small screw in lamp holder) on each. They have been fully rewired and PAT tested. Wear and Patina commensurate with age 42cm Height, 30.5cm Width, 27.5cm Depth Mazzucotelli was born in Lodi to Giovanni Valente, an Iron Merchant originally from Locatello di valle Imagna, and Rosa Caprara.
