Louis XVI Style Gilt Bronze Two-Light Wall Sconce by Gherardo Degli Albizzi

About the Item

This elegant two-light Louis XVI style wall sconce by Gherardo Degli Albizzi shows many high-quality hand chiselled details. At the top, there is a tassel, a typical element of Louis XVI period and below, linked with a chain rim, there is a quiver with arrow feathers. In the middle section, below a geometrical decoration, two arms have got a vegetal decoration and candleholders feature geometric decoration too. At the bottom of this sconce is ended with a pine finial. The sconce is provided with shantung shades.
