From the small committee room on the 1st floor of the Palais des Consuls in Rouen, these remarkable sconces possess five arms each rising like gilded serpents from their columnar center. Each is crowned with a sculptural flame, giving the impression of a golden torch. Provenance: Palais des Consuls de Rouen.
