An extraordinary pair of huge, monumental and magnificent Mid-Century Modern, Industrial French sconces of tapering form with perforated steel backs and thermoplastic celluloid sheaths housed by nickeled bronze tubular frames ending in heavy nickeled tassel finial. Wear consistent with age and use. One of the sconces has a 4" hairline fissure as shown in photo #7 and another small 1" one on the same sconce, but on the opposite side of the panel near the metal.
