About the Item
Pair of exceptional antique (late 19th to early 20th century) gilt bronze two-light sconces, attributed to Edward F. Caldwell, distinguished by their ornate, detailed design, fine casting and complete, original and unique crystals, original on/off brass chain pulls at each candle socket, and very rare original white bisque porcelain candle covers. 25 by 10 1/2 by 7 inches. Each in excellent condition. Apparently unsigned, as was the case with early Caldwell items.
