Pair of Brass Swing Arm Wall Lights, 1960s
About the Item
A pair of high-quality solid swing arm wall lamps in Maison Jansen style, France, 1960s. Precise craftsmanship made of hand-forged polished brass with black linen shades. These wall sconces are design rarities from the 1960s that are no longer manufacted. The swivel arm system enables variable width and depth adjustments. Each sconce takes one E27 screw light bulb up to 60watt. LED bulbs can also be used.
Condition: Both sconces are in technically and optically excellent vintage condition, the lamp shades and wiring cord have been replaced.
Measures:
Max projection to the wall 22"and 8" when closed (56 - 20 cm), variable adjustable settings in between - please also see pictures.
Height: 16.50" (42 cm).
Shade: Height 9.50" / Diameter 6.25" (24 cm x 16 cm).
