About the Item

Pair of French gilt wood and Gesso wall sconces with torches and arrows, centered flower basket, four scrolled acanthus medallion arms, flanking harp mirrors, and valences with rope tassels. Early 19th Century. Sconces retain the original mirrors with wood backing. Pair are candle powered and can be electrified if desired.
