- Condition:Repaired: The appliqués have been restored. Please see all detailed photos with the black circled area. These two areas that have been restored, one repair on each sconce. They are now sturdy and the repair is insufficient to the overall appearance. Rewoven. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. These were originally hardwired to be used for the special candlestick of this period that would allow usage of low voltage candles to be lit. The sockets now can be used for typical waxed candles.
