About the Item
Stunning pair of large polychrome hand carved wood sconces, in the style of the Venetian creations of the 18th century, made in Italy in the early 1920s.
Representing a Nubian playing flute under a palm tree, they feature vibrant colors, gilded parts, and 2 candle shape lights.
It has been hand-carved and hand-painted.
Good condition, light traces of time (chipped paint and a light crack on the palm tree, barely visible and with no consequence on the sturdiness of the whole).
Will look stunning in any warm interior.
