About the Item
At once modern and traditional, these 1930s candle sconces are backed with circular mirrored reflectors, painstakingly assembled to a mosaic design from individual pieces of cut mirror glass. Marked with imperfections and spoiling from a century of use, the mirrored reflectors scatter candlelight beautifully and show a lovely antique patina when illuminated. Each sconce displays a single candle, affixed with a ruffled tin drip tray, candle cup and support arm.
