About the Item
Model 533 Sconces by Oscar Torlasco for Lumi. Designed and manufactured in Italy, circa 1950. Wall sconces with a two-toned enameled exterior finish, consisting of a mustard and black color combination. Glass magnifier type diffuser finish these adjustable sconces. The ball joint allows for multiple positioning. Each sconce holds one G14 bulb. We recommend using a 40w maximum bulb. Rewired for US standards. Bulbs are included as a one-time courtesy. Sold as a pair.

Oscar Torlasco was born in Rome, Italy, in 1934. Torlasco designed many beautiful lamps. The most well known are the lamps he designed for Lumi. He designed for several Italian lighting manufacturers, including Esperia, Stilux, Lamperti and Stilkronen. Most of his designs are from the 1950s and 60s
