About the Item

Pair of two-light wall sconces that perfectly illustrate the refined taste of the Second Empire for the sumptuous reinterpretations of 18th-century styles. Crafted in gilt bronze, they feature a very finely chiseled decoration of flowers and foliage: lilies, carnations, and large acanthus scrolls intertwine in a fluid and harmonious movement.
