About the Item
Versatile adjustable Dutch reading / table lamp or wall sconce by Philips (ca. 1950s, Netherlands).
Composed of a soft yellow triangular shade mounted to a painted black metal base with a slot for optional wall mounting.
Shade is adjustable (upward and downward motion only), and the lamp's height can adjust from 8.1" (shade turned all the way down) to 12.75" (as high as the shade can adjust upward and maintain its balance - as shown in the main image).
Original condition: shade shows a couple of scratches as shown. Overall, very good, vintage shape.
Wiring is original but a US plug will be added if applicable.
Dimensions provided reflect the lamp's shade positioned parallel to the base.
