About the Item
This set of 2 Polifemo sconces is suitable for illuminating and creating soft light spots on the sides of a mirror or situation that requires a symmetrical lighting composition. The name of the piece refers to the Cyclope because of the giant eye glowing light from a hidden source. The light is filtered by translucent stone spreading a smooth light that became bright when it hits the brass element giving a sculptural effect. Polifemo is a composition of three natural elements, Alabaster, Brass, and Mongoy Wood complementing each other through a dialogue of pure geometries. The brass is brushed with a wax coating to slow down the natural oxidation process, thus creating an alluring finish that ages gracefully over time. Dimmable LED lights can be supplied upon request.
