About the Item
Fantastic set of 4 of Italian sconces in brass and soft white enameled metal. These incredibly elegant and rare 5 lights sconces were produced in Italy in the early 1950s clearly in the style of Gio Ponti.
Fully original and in spectacular condition, these sconces feature 5 curved arms and a backplate in solid brass that has been kept with its gorgeous gold patina, which amplifies their charm and historical value. The cone-shaped shades are in a soft white enamelled metal.
Fully original, the lights have been re-wired. They use 5 E14 light bulbs compatible with both US and EU/UK standards.
The sinuous design and the contrast between the brass and the off-white shades makes this sconces incredibly elegant and unique.
These elegant sconces are perfect to enhance a mid-century living room or entryway project.
