About the Item
An elegant and most charming set of three French turn of the century Louis XVI st. Gilt Metal, Silvered Leaf, and Crystal sconces attributed to Maison Bagues. Each two arm sconce displays a beautiful bottom Crystal urn with a lovely mottled design set on a Silvered Leaf background. At the center are charming wonderfully executed parrots amidst most decorative scrolled branches with fine flowers also set on a Silvered Leaf background. The elegantly scrolled Gilt Metal arms also display fine leaves leading to fine floral bobeches and baluster shaped Crystal candle cups.
