About the Item

Inspired by dynamic landscapes and rudimentary materials and techniques, Piscina’s Sierra Sconces have the unique ability to produce endless variations while maintaining flawless continuity within a given environment. The handmade ceramic face connects to the brass plate with decorative wooden tenons, the pureness of each distinct element uncompromised and essential. This series contains 4 forms, mortised each on 4 sides creating connection points with the potential to add additional sconces. Elegant each on their own or merge to create endless combinations. This listing is for this configuration of ST is priced and sold in this configuration. The piece can be made in unglazed ceramic and Redwood as shown here or can be produced using alternative wood and glazes, the available options are seen in the last slide.
