About the Item

The emitting sculpture appears as a real-time light paintings, the lines of light seem to be floating in the space. A plate of acrylic glass is engraved with a pattern that creates in illusion of depth. In the same way as in fiber optics the light is projected into the acrylic glass plate and shines outwards through the engraved lines. The patterns create a diffuse glow and at the same time creates a gradual mixture of colored lines in the object. The two different colored light sources can be individually dimmed by hand.
