Two Pair of 1950s Italian Brass Sconces in Foliate Form
About the Item
These 1950s Italian triple branch sconces give me goosebumps. They are so aristocratic. I love the chippy original paint on each cup and how the branches spout organically from the main stem like tendrils. What is particularly extraordinary about these is that under the enamel, the cups are made of brass, not aluminum. I previously had a pair of these but their cups were enameled aluminum.
A total of four sconces is available.
Each scalloped edge cup holds a single candelabra socket for use with a single candelabra size bulb, up to 60 watts each. I like the mini round globes. E12 or E14 as requested.
If requested of course the cups can be re-enameled but it will break my heart.
