USA mid-century Lighted barber Pole in plastic, metal and opaline glass, 1950s
Illuminated barber shop wall sign with round base, also known as Barber Pole. On the upper part it has an opaline glass sphere with light. The central part in white, red and blue spiral plastic is backlit and supported by the white painted metal structure.

Vintage condition, the metal and plastic have several color defects. In patina. The lamp presente different marks caused by time.

In the Middle Ages (in Europe) many shops were marked with red and white signs; European barbers kept these colors for their iconic Barber Pole insignia. In America, however, the most iconic and well-known one, the white, red and blue spiral one, has spread. This lamp is a vintage and unique POP element that will make the room unique: perfect both for a shop and for your home.
