The cast iron handles are made by pouring molten iron into a mould. The "Clermont bolt", which has to be turned to open, adds to the antique look. The decoration is unobtrusive to enhance the beauty of the display, yet the handwork is delicate and luxurious. It can be used in both Japanese and Western styles. The material is oak.
