1920s Heavily Carved Asian Jade Table Lamp
About the Item
Asian carved jade/nephrite bird table lamp. Circa 1920. The interior portion lights up separately from the top two lights. Pierced carved Rosewood base ending with a brass filigree footed base. A distinct and special lamp. Good overall condition. The mineral obviously contains natural inclusions and the colors vary. The colors, when lit up with the interior light, range from celadon green to light brown. Some minor wear and scratches. Rewired and in good working condition. New fabric cord and plug to match what was original. No shade included.
Approximate overall height is 26". The carved portion nephrite base measures approximately5.5" deep x 5.75" wide x 12.25" high.
