Gilded Abstract Brutalist Table Lamps, A Pair

About the Item

An excellent pair of gilded and black abstract brutalist table lamps. Circa 1960. These period lamps have a tremendous presence anywhere whether in the home or office. Constructed from cast plaster gilded with black accents. Gilded hardware. Good overall condititon with some minor black enamel losses to the bases. Some minor scratches and divots. cosmetic wear is consistent with age and use. The pair is in good working condititon. Older wiring, plugs and sockets. No visible chips or losses to the sculptural portion of the lamps. Re-wiring is always recommended for older wired lamps. Harps are included. Shades not included. Approximately 41.5" high from base to finial. Approximately 5.75" deep x 6" " at the base. The chalk sculpture portion measures approximately 4" deepx 9" wide x 19" high.
