1970s Italian Modern Lamp in Brass & Marble Custom Shade by Giovanni Banci
About the Item
This is very rare and beautiful Italian modern lamp was designed by Giovani Banci in the 1970s. This lamp is made of white Carrara marble and beautiful brass. A new custom shade has been made for the lamp in the style of geometric modern art. From a very upscale country club Estate in Palm Springs. Very chic! (minor small chip on BACK of cube. (not noticable)
This lamp is part of a brass 1970s modern vignette. The lamp is currently on a forest green lacquer sideboard with amazing brass hardware. Many designers think the lamp looks like a Pierre Cardin lamp designed at the same period. Mr Banci designed this first.
