Rare Lucite bedside table lamps with inclusion of a tropical sea urchin...
Design by the French plastic artist and biologist Pierre Giraudon (1923-2012)
During the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, he made sculptures, lamp bases, and objects out of colored resin, with and without inclusions.
He also collaborated with the artist Cesar Baldaccini well-known for the New Realists movement.
