19th century Chinoiserie Tole Lamp Pair

About the Item

19th century tole painted urns fitted with brass paw feet onto pedestals. Newly rewired and converted into lamps. Gold gilt chinoiserie motif. Tapered retro hard back fine linen shades that measure: 6 inches x 12 inches x 8 inches at top 14 inches x 10 inches at bottom. See other measurements below.

Condition:

Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. The bottom of the base measures 4.25 square and tapers to top measuring 5.50 square. The shade measurements are noted in the description. There is some flaking to the tole painting, with some minor restoration. Newly rewired and new shades.
