About the Item

A fine quality hand painted Meiji period 1890 c. Satsuma pottery vase on a carved wood stand. This was converted to an electric table lamp in the first half of the 20th century. Recently re-wired and ready to use. Shade not included. Height adjusts from 26 inches to 29 inches. Height of the vase only is 13.5 inches. In beautiful condition. Japan late 19th century/
