This sculptural table lamp was produced by Fase in Spain during the 1970s and captures the experimental spirit of the brand's design language in that era. A bold interplay of materials and geometry, the lamp features a thick bent sheet of amber-tinted acrylic forming both the upright and base, with chrome-plated metal elements adding a striking industrial contrast.
Mounted on the upper part is a sharply angled chrome spotlight, adjustable for directional lighting. Below it sits a perforated cuboid, also in chrome, likely designed as a holder for either cigarettes or pens—adding a functional, desk-friendly twist to the design. A coiled black cord connects the lighting unit to the base, further emphasizing its retro-tech aesthetic.
