About the Item
Superb Luberon stone lamp. The sculpture represents a stylized owl. It was meticulous work that required hours of work.
A soft, subdued light is diffused through the owl's eyes and the top of its head.

Albert Tormos was a French artist sculptor/painter/poet who developed lamps that he carved from massive Luberon stone. He also had a workshop in Saint-Tropez.
