American Art Deco Markel Table or Desk Lamp
This large American Art Deco table lamp was made by the Markel Company of Buffalo, New York in the 1930s. The lamp, in brilliant nickel, has a stepped base, speed disks in the central shaft and a double shade with the distinct Markel finial on top. The top shade rests upon a glass diffuser. The lamp has been re-plated and rewired and in working condition. Accommodates a standard 75W bulb.
