Antique French Empire Bronze Table Lamp with Silk Shade
About the Item
Antique French Empire Bronze Table Lamp with Silk Shade is of a style many consider the most formal and sophisticated of them all! This example is rendered from bronze with cold-painted three-pronged base and flutes of the main shaft which resembles a Greek column. The shaft is supported by a tripod of lion's legs with paws covered with a foliate embellishment. A floral capital tops off the shaft, upon which is installed the socket and harp assembly, finished with a laurel wreath finial. Price includes the hand-sewn silk shade in a classic yet curvaceous design. Nothing adds ambiance to a room quite like antique lighting. Professionally wired to US standards and ready to illuminate your room!
