This Art Deco table lamp designed and produced by Sarsaparilla in the style of Frankart, Inc.. It bears the imprint "Sarsaparilla NYC". Sarsaparilla was a respected reproduction studio which modelled their lamps on Frankart designs known for their sleek, modernist female figures and sculptural lighting, Frankart revolutionized Art Deco décor with pieces that embodied the streamlined elegance of the era. This lamp features a striking aged brass figurative base, depicting a female form with her hand raised to support a cobalt blue glass shade. When illuminated, the shade casts a rich, colored ambient glow, enhancing the lamp’s dramatic presence. Retaining its original sculptural artistry, the piece has original wiring and includes a local rotary dimmer for adjustable lighting.
