A table lamp from 1889 in spelter with two illuminated tulips and a model
of the sculpture 'Lever de l'aurore' - The Dawn in spelter, two arms and opaque pearl white tulips.
Front plaque 'Lever de l'aurore par J. Causse'.
Jules Caussé, son of the sculptor Auguste Caussé, studied with Alexandre Falguière and exhibited at the French Artists Salon; medaled in 1882, 1893, 1900 and participated in the Universal Exhibition of 1900. Died in 1914 on
the eve of the First World War.
