Brass and Teak Table Lamp by ASEA, Sweden, 1950s
This refined mid-century table lamp was produced by ASEA in Sweden during the 1950s. It features a beautifully balanced composition of materials: a warm teak shaft contrasted with gleaming solid brass fittings and a finely cast brass base with softly draped acanthus-style detailing. The combination of clean Scandinavian lines and classic ornamental footing reflects the understated elegance ASEA became known for during the postwar era.
