About the Item
This is a bottle-shaped ceramic lamp with a dark, glossy glaze featuring deep black and reddish-brown tones that create a rich, earthy finish. The glaze appears to be hand-applied, with subtle texture and variation, highlighting the artisanal nature of the piece.

This unique lamp is designed by Carl-Harry Stålhane and crafted by ceramic artist Kent Ericsson for Carl-Harry Stålhane's Designhuset in Lidköping, Sweden. Designhuset was an experimental workshop for stoneware and glazing that operated from 1973 to 1988. Kent Ericsson, Stålhane’s closest coworker, played a key role in the development and creation of these distinctive pieces.
