About the Item

A clean, Minimalist, über-heavy, solid marble plinth table lamp attributed to Florence Knoll, 1960s (USA). We love a carved stone lamp, especially when it's a stoic form and easy to use anywhere. Between a pair of lounge chairs, on a nightstand, on a credenza, etc. The weight is impressive, requiring two hands to lift and carry it; it is not marked, but bears dimensional accuracy to Florence Knoll for Knoll International 1960s production. A new linen shade is included as well as an added vintage, oversized chrome spherical finial. Lamp overall: 29.59”H (to finial) x 15”W Base only: 21”H (to socket) x 4”W x 4”D There are a few chips, mostly at the base, which is common and to our eyes, does not detract from the overall impact and presence of the piece.
