The white porcelain with cartouches of aristocratic women in a floral background with intricately detailed all over decoration in yellow, pink, blue and aqua... The brass mounts with two pull chain sockets. 33 inches high to the top of the finial, can be made slightly taller with adjustable finial. The vase is late 19th, early 20th Century, then lamped in the mid 20th Century
